Fantasy Tip: Gailey looks to breathe new life into the Jets' offense, specifically into Percy Harvin, Chris Ivory and Eric Decker, whose stocks see a little bit of an increase with the hiring of Gailey. Geno Smith remains undraftable, however.

Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey said Monday, Dec. 24, he understands his job will be evaluated once the season is over. Gailey is 15-32 in three seasons, and he's had double-digit losses in each of his three years. "I think everything will be evaluated at the end of the year," Gailey said. "Things have not gone in the win column like I wanted them to or like any of us wanted them to. I know we let the fans down. They believed in us. I believe we are headed in the right direction but I don't have anything to show for that."
