Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Pittsburgh State QB/FB Neal Philpot measured in at 6-4 and 245 pounds at Pittsburgh State's pro day Tuesday, March 15. Philpot twice ran a 4.95 40-yard dash. In addition, he recorded a 30-inch vertical jump, a 4.65 short shuttle and a 7.51 cone drill.
