Retired OT Matt Light revealed at his retirement ceremony that he has dealt with complications from Crohn's disease and went through post-surgery complications back in 2004. Crohn's disease is an inflammatory digestive disease. Light dealt with the disease for a decade.

Vollmer spent all of last season at right tackle, but started five games at left his rookie season. He said he will go where ever the team needs him. If Vollmer has to move to left tackle, rookie OT Nate Solder would then likely take over at right tackle.
