Dick Kaegel, of Royals.MLB.com, reports Kansas City Royals IF Darrin Fenster (knee) will have to undergo season-ending surgery on his knee after twisting it during the team's game Wednesday, March 23. An MRI taken revealed Fenster tore the anterior cruciate ligament in the knee.
