Dolphins | Never Offered Coordinator Job to Steele

Alex Marvez, of the Miami Sun-Sentinel, reports a source has said the Miami Dolphins never offered their defensive coordinator position to Kevin Steele, as previously reported. Steele, who serves as linebackers coach at Florida State University, only discussed defensive staff positions with Dolphins head coach Nick Saban.

Citing the Tallahassee Democrat, Alex Marvez, of the Miami Sun-Sentinel, reports the Miami Dolphins had offered their defensive coordinator role to Kevin Steele earlier this week, but Steele has decided to remain at Florida State University, where his serves as linebackers coach.
