The Detroit Tigers agreed to one-year deals with SP Phil Coke, P Lester Oliveros, P Jose Ortega, P Brayan Villarreal, P Duane Below, P Charles Furbush, OF Ryan Strieby and IF Audy Ciriaco Monday, Feb. 7, according to The Sports Network. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
