But at the same time, I don't have a choice. I've just got to roll with it." Despite the struggles, Marshall said that he thinks he'll overcome it. "I just need to take everything that they're throwing at me and just go with it, because the more opportunities for myself, I think the better off I'll be."

Mickey Furfari, of the Daily Mail, reports San Francisco 49ers rookie WR Rasheed Marshall, a college quarterback, is adjusting to life as an NFL wide receiver. "I'm finally getting into the swing of running routes," Marshall said earlier in the week. "Running routes is the most difficult thing in the transition from quarterback," he said. "On this level, it's so hard not to tip off a cornerback and let him know what you're going to do." The 49ers drafted Marshall because of his athleticism. Marshall has spent several weeks working out with the 49ers. Marshall knows it's going to be quite a challenge to make the 49ers squad as a rookie, but he hopes the fact he's also working as a punt returner will help his chances. "I know I will be a punt returner, but I'm not sure whether it's first or second," he explained. "That's up to me, I guess."
