Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey said OG Eben Britton and C Tim Brewster will split time at left guard during practice this week. Mularkey said the starter will be determined by their performance during practice.

Andrew Mason, of DenverBroncos.com, reports Denver Broncos undrafted free agent WR Wesley Duke believes working with tight ends coach Tim Brewster will help ease his transition from college basketball player to NFL wideout. Brewster helped transform San Diego Chargers TE Antonio Gates from a hoops standout at Kent State into a Pro Bowl tight end last season. "He really sold me because he worked with Antonio Gates," Duke said. "He worked with him and developed him into a good player. I know if I work hard, and he keeps working with me, I can make it happen."

Updating previous reports, according to Andrew Mason of DenverBroncos.com, the Denver Broncos have hired Tim Brewster as its new assistant head coach/tight ends coach. Brewster previously worked for the San Diego Chargers.
