Chris Brown, of BuffaloBills.com, reports Buffalo Bills DT Kyle Williams has recorded four quarterback hits in two games this season and credits the defensive coaches for allowing him to be more instinctual. "[Defensive line coach Bob Sanders] and [defensive coordinator Perry Fewell] have talked to me and said, 'Just go.' The past couple of years I've just been in my gap almost all the time, and if the play came to my gap then I'd make a bunch of plays. But now they're freeing me up and saying, 'Sometimes you can go and take a shot and try to make a play.' And that's been the difference," Williams said.

Rob Reischel, of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, reports Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Bob Sanders will bring his own style to the Packers defense. The main difference players have noticed between Sanders and former defensive coordinator Jim Bates has been Sanders' calm personality, "I may do things in a different fashion than Jim did. But I still think I show the same enthusiasm, and the same things we emphasized when Jim was here we'll still emphasize." Sanders will run the same defense as last season for the Packers with a few minor changes that may include the aggressiveness of the defense, because the players will be more familiar in their second year in the system.
