PewterReport.com reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers former defensive coordinator Jim Bates is no longer with the team, according to head coach Raheem Morris. There has been speculation that two coaches that Bates brought to the team, defensive backs coach Joe Baker and defensive line coach Robert Nunn, were going to be fired, but that has not happened.

Bob McGinn, of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, reports league sources have said the Green Bay Packers plan to hire Robert Nunn to fill the role of defensive line coach. Nunn served as assistant defensive line coach and defensive quality control coach under new defensive coordinator Jim Bates in Miami from 2000-'02.
