The Cincinnati Bengals may have interest in former Minnesota Vikings head coach Brad Childress, former Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Jeremy Bates, former UCLA offensive coordinator Norm Chow and former Baltimore Ravens quarterbacks coach Jim Zorn for their offensive coordinator position, reports Joe Reedy, of The Cincinnati Enquirer.

Updating a previous report, Brag Biggs, of the Chicago Tribune, reports University of Southern California head coach Pete Carroll is trying to lure UCLA offensive coordinator Norm Chow to be his offensive coordinator if he agrees to become the Seattle Seahawks next head coach.

The Associated Press reports the University of California Los Angeles hired former Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Norm Chow Monday, Jan. 21, to the same position. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Leinart is also expected to try to persuade his teammates that Chow is the correct choice.

Candidates could include assistant coach Dom Capers and offensive coordinator Mike Mularkey, Chicago Bears defensive coordinator Ron Rivera, Houston Texans assistant coach Mike Sherman, San Diego Chargers offensive coordinator Cam Cameron, Indianapolis Colts assistant coach Jim Caldwell, Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Norm Chow and Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt.
