Falcons | Jonathan Babineaux getting back to full strength

Atlanta Falcons DL Jonathan Babineaux (knee, ankle) said he is getting used to his knee brace and is nearing full strength. "It's been an adjustment playing with a knee brace," Babineaux said. "It feels funny playing with a knee brace where I feel like I should be able to go fast and do a lot of things that I've done in the past. I'm starting to get used to it. You are going to start seeing me the way I used to be, getting in the backfield and making plays, flying around and having fun." Babineaux has also been playing on a bad ankle, according to head coach Mike Smith.

Atlanta Falcons DL Jonathan Babineaux (ankle, knee) is still nursing an ankle and knee issue heading into Week 7. "It is good to have (Jonathan) out there," head coach Mike Smith said. "Jonathan is still battling a knee and an ankle injury that kept him out for those threee games. We need to get him back healthy and I think if we can get through this week and get him through the bye week, we're going to see even more production coming out of Jonathan."
