Updating a previous report, the agent for recently retired WR Randy Moss said Saturday, Sept. 10, that he has not been contacted by the New Orleans Saints, and to his knowledge, the team has expressed no interest in Moss. An earlier report stated that Moss was spotted at the team's facility Saturday.

New England Patriots QB Tom Brady said during a radio interview he would welcome the idea of bringing back retired WR Randy Moss to the team. "You never know in the NFL," Brady said. "I love Randy, he's one of the greatest receivers in the history of the game, one of the greatest players I've had a chance to play with. But unfortunately, I don't make personnel decisions. If I did, I'd still have all my friends here ... I love the guy, he's a great friend of mine, and if he ever did come back and play, I'd welcome him with open arms."

Retired WR Randy Moss may return to the NFL if the right opportunity presented itself, according to an anonymous source. Moss has been working out almost everyday and is keeping himself in great physical condition. The source also said Moss does regret leaving the New England Patriots and that would most likely be the only team he would play for in the NFL if he would return.
