Edward Lee and Jamison Hensley, of The Baltimore Sun, report Baltimore Ravens TE Adam Bergen has been receiving extra practice time because of the injures to TE Todd Heap (calf) and TE Daniel Wilcox (toe) and has been impressing coaches with his skills. "We weren't sure what we were getting, but he's been very durable. He's taken a lot of snaps through training camp and preseason games. He's stood up and kept going, and he's going strong," tight ends coach Wade Harmon said.

Bergen is expected to undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury. The Cardinals could promote FB John Bronson from the team's practice squad to replace Bergen.

TE Adam Bergen is considered the better receiving tight end while TE Eric Edwards is considered the team's best blocking tight end. TE Leonard Pope was also drafted in the third-round of the NFL Draft.
