The Atlanta Journal Consititution reports the Atlanta Falcons signed several free agents to their off-season roster yesterday. DT Brandon Miller and RB Brett Millican were signed and will be allocated to NFL Europe. WR Alvis Whitted, formerly of the Jaguars, was also signed. TE Dallas Neil was signed from the team's practice squad to the regular roster.
