They have also placed WR David Reed (knee) and LB Terrell Suggs (Achilles') on the Physically Unable to Perform list.

Oakland Raiders LB Rolando McClain (leg) was activated for the Week 9 game against the Denver Broncos, but the team intended to only use him if needed. LB Darryl Blackstock started in his absence. "He was out there, wanted to be out there," head coach Hue Jackson said. "Again, I don't want to put an injured play out there that can't play 100 percent, but if we needed him for something we could have used him if something all of a sudden went bananas where we didn't have any more linebackers."

The Cincinnati Bengals announced Tuesday, Nov. 4, that the NFL has granted the team a one-week roster exemption for LB Darryl Blackstock, who has completed a four-game league suspension for using a nutritional supplement that included a banned substance. Blackstock will be allowed to participate in all team activities until Monday, Nov. 10, without counting against the roster limit. The team will have to open a roster spot for Blackstock if he is to practice next week and/or play following the team's bye week.
