San Francisco Giants P Yusmeiro Petit will start Wednesday, April 4, against the Oakland Athletics in an exhibition game at AT&T Park. Manager Bruce Bochy wants to see if Petit can be a viable rotation candidate, perhaps in place of the struggling SP Barry Zito.
