However, Wilf gave an emphatic "no" Monday, March 22, when asked if the Vikings might try to trade the left tackle because of this latest incident. When you take that shot, it numbs whatever. You don't feel like you're hurt anymore." McKinnie added that he tried to have the trainer look at his injury, but scheduling issues popped up to where they never had a chance to meet. McKinnie said he was sick and in the hotel on other days where he missed practice or meetings. McKinnie wishes he had better communication with trainers to follow up with his injury, but he feels that everything has been made to be "more than it really was."
