Baltimore Ravens OT Bryant McKinnie said he is hoping to get down to 350 pounds. At that weight, McKinnie feels he can return to a Pro Bowl level of play. McKinnie currently weighs 365 pounds. "That would be that perfect weight, because when you get too light people start pushing you around," McKinnie said. "That would take away my advantage."

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said the team will monitoring OT Bryant McKinnie's weight because they want him to be in shape when they start playing games. The team wants McKinnie to participate in all of the workouts this offseason so he is on track for the season. Harbaugh said he has been pleased with how McKinnie has done so far this offseason.

Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens OT Bryant McKinnie appears set to return as the team's starting left tackle with the team picking up his $500,000 roster bonus Friday, March 16. There were some questions about his future with the team, but now the team appears to have four of their five starters coming back in 2012.

Baltimore Ravens OT Bryant McKinnie met with team officials Thursday, March 15, and is expected to return to the team next season. He has lost some weight since the end of the season and is expected to participate in offseason workouts. He is scheduled to receive a $500,000 roster bonus in a few days.
