Fantasy Tip: It is still unclear if Sanchez will be brought back when eligible or if he'll need a minor-league rehab start. If he does come back Monday, he is an attractive play in most fantasy leagues since he'll be a two-start pitcher in the upcoming week.

Detroit Tigers SP Anibal Sanchez (shoulder) tossed 71 pitches in a camp game Monday, March 24, and said he felt loose after being scratched from his last start due to shoulder inflammation. Sanchez received a cortisone shot last week after he was scratched last week. He'll make his final spring start Saturday, March 29, and is scheduled to start the third game of the regular season.
