The Milwaukee Brewers signed free-agent P Zack Segovia (Yankees) to a minor league contract that includes an invitation to spring training, according to MLB.com's Adam McCalvy. No financial terms were announced for Segovia, who spent last year at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

Philadelphia Phillies P Zack Segovia (shoulder) underwent surgery on his right shoulder, Wednesday, Sept. 19, according to Todd Zolecki of the Philadelphia Inquirer. He is expected to be ready by spring training.
