Philadelphia Phillies manager Charlie Manuel said he has no problems with having C Carlos Ruiz batting fourth in the starting lineup because he has been getting hits for the team this season and they are having trouble scoring runs. Ruiz was batting cleanup for the third straight time Friday, May 25.
