He was placed on the NFL Europe-injured reserve list because of a shoulder injury. He would have to pass a physical to join the Dolphins and is expected to miss a few months. When he gets healthy, it's likely he will be cut.

The team released DE Lamanzer Williams to make room for Abdullah.

WR Randy Moss caught a 59-yard pass, followed by a 3-yard TD pass from QB Daunte Culpepper. Culpepper also rushed for a 1-yard TD. Steelers RB Jerome Bettis had a one-yard TD run for the Steelers only TD. Culpepper was 14-of-24 for 178 yards before giving way to backup Todd Bouman in the second half. Bettis rushed for 38 yards on six carries in the first half. Vikings DE Lamanzer Williams scored on a 20-yard fumble return with 35 seconds left in the game.
