Greg Beacham, of the Associated Press, reports retired WR Jerry Rice will compete against regular people in a new reality show for Spike TV. The show, "Pros vs. Joes," will air in ten, one-hour shows starting in April. Other retired NFL players set to be on the show are QB Randall Cunningham, RB Herschel Walker, RB Tony Dorsett, and QB Jim McMahon. Retired NBA stars Karl Malone and Dominique Wilkins will join the 19 former professional athletes on the show.

The Associated Press reports former NFL QB Jim McMahon has been placed on probation for 12 months after pleading no contest to a drunken driving charge in Milton, Fla. McMahon, 44, was also ordered to perform 50 hours of community service and pay about $850 in fines and costs. McMahon's driver's license was suspended for six months.
