Nick Wagoner, of StLouisRams.com, reports St. Louis Rams SS Corey Chavous said he is not sure if he will be with the team next season. "I don't know. I will just wait and see what happens. I have a pretty good idea of what I think might happen but I don't really ever put much stock into it because I think at the end of the years, every year I have taken it as a one year approach. I continue to do that, I always will. I didn't even know if I was going to come back and play this year. I was glad I did and I loved being a part of the team," Chavous said.

Rams | Chavous removed from starting lineup

Jim Thomas, of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, reports St. Louis Rams SS Corey Chavous has been removed from the starting lineup for the rest of the season, barring injury. SS Todd Johnson will replace Chavous at strong safety. According to the report, Johnson has better range than Chavous and is a willing and normally sure tackler, though he is not as strong in the box as Chavous.
