Joe Schad, of the Palm Beach Post, reports Detroit Lions S Brock Marion turned himself into police Tuesday, May 25. Marion is being charged with filing a false or fraudulent insurance claim and grand theft greater than $20,000. His charges, which include a second-degree felony and third-degree felony, have penalties of up to 15 years and five years in prison, respectively. According to Plantation police, Marion claimed his 2002 Chevy Conversion van was stolen Feb. 11. Marion, however, allegedly had arranged for it to be disposed of in order to make insurance claims. Marion is denying the charges.
