Minnesota Twins RP Kyle Waldrop (elbow) threw his third bullpen session Friday, April 27, and he is expected to head out on a minor-league rehab assignment Saturday, April 28. He is scheduled to head to Fort Myers, Fla., where he'll pitch in extended spring training.

Minnesota Twins P Kyle Waldrop (elbow) threw from 120 feet Thursday, April 12, and will throw his first bullpen Sunday, April 15. He'll throw from 120 feet again Friday, April 13, but there is no timetable for his return. An MRI in spring training showed inflammation and a minor strain to his ulnar collateral ligament, but the inflammation in his elbow has gone down.

Minnesota Twins P Kyle Waldrop (elbow) played catch for the first time Monday, April 9, since going on the disabled list. He tossed from 60 feet and hopes to move back to 90 feet later this week.

Confirming previous reports, the Minnesota Twins have placed RP Kyle Waldrop (elbow) on the 15-day disabled list because of a strained right elbow. The move is retroactive to Monday, March 26.

Minnesota Twins RP Kyle Waldrop (elbow) will start on the disabled list with a strained right elbow. He will be shut down for at least a few days. Waldrop had a 1.50 ERA in six spring outings.

The Minnesota Twins selected the contracts of P Kyle Waldrop and IF/OF Brian Dinkelman Sunday, Sept. 4. The two will be on the 40-man roster before the doubleheader Monday, Sept. 5, against the Chicago White Sox.
