Milwaukee Brewers RP Mark Rogers (shoulder, wrists) said his right shoulder feels fine heading into spring training this year. "My shoulder feels great; the best it has felt in a long time. I don't think I'll have any restrictions. It's a far cry from where it was last year this time. I feel a lot more confident with it. I'm ready to do anything I can to help this team," Rogers said. He still has six games remaining on his 25-game suspension for testing positive for a stimulant last year.

Milwaukee Brewers RP Mark Rogers (wrist) is likely to need surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome in his right wrist. Rogers was placed on the 7-day minor league disabled list Tuesday, Aug. 16. He is scheduled to visit a hand specialist in Arizona Friday, Aug. 19. Rogers has been bothered since May.
