Fantasy Tip: Iglesias is only worth hanging onto in deep AL-only leagues, but if Drew has any kind of setback and is sidelined again, expect Iglesias to be called upon again.

The Red Sox may choose to be cautious and give Drew plenty of time off upon his initial return, but from the looks of things now, he's headed in the right direction.

He played in an extended spring training game on Tuesday, April 2. Fantasy Tip: Drew is apparently scheduled to play in another extended spring game on Wednesday, April 3. If he continues to avoid symptoms completely, then Boston's hopes should be answered. Stay tuned. If Drew avoids additional health problems -- no sure thing, especially since he's already suffered this concussion -- he's a decent bet to provide good fantasy value, at least in AL-only and deep mixed leagues.
