Bush was arrested on suspicion of felony assault, and misdemeanor trespass and disorderly conduct, as well as being cited for underage drinking. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 6, while the Maricopa County Attorney's Office will review the police report and determine which charges to file. Bush was to report to the team's offices in San Diego Tuesday, June 22, to receive a physical and meet with team officials. The team is looking into the arrest and further into Bush's background, but hasn't decided yet on any further disciplinary actions that might be taken.
