New York Mets RP Frank Francisco will make $5.5 million next year and $6.5 million in 2013. His contract doesn't include performance bonuses. RP Jon Rauch can earn an extra $500,000 in incentives on top of his $3.5 million salary for 2012. Rauch can earn $50,000 each for finishing 30 and 35 games, $75,000 each for finishing 40 and 45 games and $125,000 each for finishing 50 and 55 games.

The Toronto Blue Jays offered arbitration to 2B Kelly Johnson (Type A), RP Frank Francisco (Type B), RP Jon Rauch (Type B) and C Jose Molina (Type B). They declined to offer arbitration to RP Shawn Camp. Under the new CBA, Johnson became a modified Type-A free agent, which means teams will no longer be forced to part with a top draft pick to acquire him.
