AtlantaFalcons.com reports the Atlanta Falcons are unlikely to re-sign free agent RB Travis Jervey after the team drafted RB Quincy Wilson (West Virginia) in the seventh round. "I don't see us re-signing Travis," general manager Rich McKay said. "I don't rule it out, but I don't see it."

Updating previous reports, Atlanta Falcons RB Travis Jervey (neck/forearm) will have his stained neck evaluated Tuesday, Dec. 23, after suffering the injury in the third quarter of Week 16. He also injured his left forearm in the game. Jervey may be ruled OUT for Week 17 and possibly placed on injured reserve.

Atlanta Falcons RB/ST Travis Jervey (forearm/neck) injured his left forearm during a kickoff return coverage, according to AtlantaFalcons.com. X-rays taken in the locker room were negative, and he later returned to the game. However, Jervey left the game again with 3:27 remaining in the third quarter, after suffering a neck sprain.

Matt Winkeljohn, of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reports Atlanta Falcons RB Travis Jervey (neck/shoulder) suffered a sprained neck/shoulder in Sunday's, Sept. 7, game against the Dallas Cowboys. Jervey will undergo further examination on Monday, Sept. 8.
