Updating a previous report, Denver Broncos SS Quinton Carter (knee) will miss at least two preseason games after having arthroscopic surgery this week. The procedure on Carter's knee is considered rather minor, but it hurts him in his competition with FS Mike C. Adams and FS Rahim Moore for one of the two starting safety spots.
