The Columbia Daily Tribune reports Baltimore Ravens OL Rob Droege will be the starting right tackle for the Frankfurt Galaxy, of NFL Europe, in the World Bowl Saturday, May 27. "When I came into the NFL, I hoped I'd be sent over here," said Droege, who has established himself as a key component of the Galaxy's line. "I looked forward to it. Of course you want to make it straight away in the NFL and make some money, but realistically, where I was, I knew I'd be a good fit here."

Larry Mayer, of ChicagoBears.com, reports Chicago Bears OT Marc Colombo worked with the second team offense at training camp Sunday, July 24. He played right tackle. Mayer expects Colombo will win the job as the team's third or "swing" tackle behind starting OTs John Tait and Fred Miller. Colombo could be pressed by OL Qasim Mitchell and Rob Droege for the No. 3 tackle spot. Mitchell worked with the second team offense at left tackle at today's practice.
