The team wants to make sure he is fully healthy, which is their biggest concern according to Andrews' agent. Andrews is still recovering from deep vein thrombosis - blood clots that formed in his legs traveled to his lungs. Andrews is due for a CT scan next week in New York.

His $2.956 million salary and $500,000 workout bonus also are not guaranteed. Neither is the remaining $25.37 million in salary and bonuses in the final four years of his deal.
