Thomas Harding, of Colorado.Rockies.MLB.com, reports the Colorado Rockies are considering their options in center field as outfielders Cory Sullivan and Choo Freeman have not been producing offensively at the position. Among those being considered are 2B Kazuo Matsui, 1B Carlos Rivera and OF Ryan Spilborghs.

The Associated Press reports trainers attended to Colorado Rockies OF Choo Freeman (unknown) Tuesday night, July 18, after he ran into the outfield wall in the second inning. He had remained on the ground for a while but was able to stay in the game.
