New York Yankees OF Nick Swisher (hamstring) took batting practice indoors Thursday, May 3, for the first time since leaving the April 30 game with a left hamstring injury. He isn't expected to return to the lineup until Tuesday, May 8, although manager Joe Girardi said, "Let's see how the next couple of days go.''
