Updating a previous report, Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports the Denver Broncos saved $22,198,000 in salary cap space after they released DE John Engelberger, TE Nate Jackson, LB Niko Koutouvides, SS Marquand Manuel, DT Dewayne Robertson and LB Jamie Winborn.

Titans | Jackson Released From NFLE, Hoping To Join Offseason Program

Jim Wyatt, of the Tennessean, reports Tennessee Titans S Nate Jackson was released by the NFL Europe's Scottish Claymores earlier in the week, which could put his future with the Titans in jeopardy. Jackson, who was in Nashville this week to undergo a physical from the Titans' team doctors, said he hopes his recent release means he can get involved in the team's offseason conditioning program.
