Philadelphia Eagles RB Ronnie Brown averaged 3.2 yards per carry in his first season with the team. That was the worst average by an Eagles player on 40 or more carries since RB Michael Haddix averaged 2.7 yards per carry in 1984. He is scheduled to become a free agent, and is not expected back.

Philadelphia Eagles RB LeSean McCoy (ankle) is not active in Week 17 against the Washington Redskins.

Fantasy Tip: That all but certainly makes Maurice Jones-Drew the NFL's rushing champion, as Adam Schefter also notes. Ronnie Brown and Dion Lewis will presumably split the work. Neither is a particularly attractive play given the uncertainty about how much each will touch the rock and the limitations of his abilities, but if you're desperate for a flex player, why not? Brown is the likelier candidate for goal-line touches.
