"Always," Rhodes said of his expectations of being a starter. "I don't even look at myself, ever, in any situation, as a backup. My mind-set is always that the opportunity (to start) is always there. I compete to start. I don't go anywhere trying to sit on the bench. That's not my thing. I want to be on the field, playing and competing. That's why I play this game."
