Los Angeles Dodgers SPs Josh Beckett and Chris Capuano were on the field for the brawl that took place in the game with the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday, June 11, and because they are on the disabled list, they could face league discipline as a result. OF Matt Kemp was not on the field for the altercation.

Fantasy Tip: We'll know the extent of the disciplinary action tomorrow, when the league announces their decisions.

The Los Angeles Dodgers activated SS Hanley Ramirez (hamstring) from the 15-day disabled list Tuesday, June 4, and placed SP Chris Capuano (forearm) on the 15-day DL in a corresponding move.

Fantasy Tip: Get Ramirez back into your lineups. Luis Cruz will be pushed back to third base, but he could be part of a platoon with Jerry Hairston Jr. or Nick Punto. Capuano will head to the DL for the second time this year. Stephen Fife could remain in the rotation for the time being after a nice outing against the San Diego Padres last night.

Los Angeles Dodgers SP Chris Capuano (forearm) was scratched from his start with a strained left forearm Monday, June 3, and SP Stephen Fife will make the start in his place. Capuano underwent an MRI exam Monday, and the team expects him to make his next start Saturday, June 8.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are expected to scratch SP Chris Capuano (triceps) from his scheduled start Monday, June 3, against the San Diego Padres due to a strained triceps muscle in his pitching arm. "It's not debilitating and it's hard to say whether it would tighten out there. But we want to make sure," Capuano said Sunday, June 2. "I'd like to be able to say I'm 100 percent there won't be a problem." The team is expected to recall P Stephen Fife to take the start if Capuano is indeed scratched.

The Los Angeles Dodgers will place 2B Mark Ellis (quadriceps) on the 15-day disabled list Monday, May 6, to make room on the roster for SP Chris Capuano (calf), who is being activated from the disabled list.

Fantasy Tip: Nick Punto and Skip Schumaker will likely continue to split time at the keystone with Ellis moving to the disabled list. Neither option is valuable beyond NL-only leagues, however.

Fantasy Tip: If Capuano is officially penciled in for Monday, he would be a two-start pitcher worth using in all NL-only fantasy leagues and some deeper mixed formats as well.

Fantasy Tip: Capuano could take the fifth spot in the rotation for the Dodgers when he returns from the disabled list, so keep an eye on him in deep mixed formats.

Los Angeles Dodgers SP Chris Capuano (calf) is unlikely to be activated from the disabled list when he is eligible to return to action Thursday, May 2. Manager Don Mattingly wants him to make at least one rehab start before he is activated. Barring any setbacks, he could return to action against the Arizona Diamondbacks May 8. Capuano played catch Friday, April 26, and has also started a running program.
