With Lloyd out of the picture, Decker may see a slight bump in productivity, but Tebow's raw passing skills will limit his consistency. A young receiving corps - Decker, Demaryius Thomas (finger), Eddie Royal and Matt Willis - will hurt Tebow's development some, but his playmaking abilities and rushing prowess make him a matchup play or bye week filler.
