Free-agent WR Brandon Lloyd (Rams) has expressed an interest in being reunited with former head coach Josh McDaniels from their days together in Denver. McDaniels will serve as the team's offensive coordinator in 2012. Lloyd and McDaniels have a history together which also includes St. Louis, too.

St. Louis Rams WR Brandon Lloyd said he would like to return to the team next season as long as offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels stays. "I can't even lie about that," Lloyd said. "I'm tied to McDaniels. He uses me differently than other offensive coordinators used me in my entire career. He uses me as an every-play receiver. The short game, mid-range game, gimmick passes, deep balls."

St. Louis Rams QBs Sam Bradford (ankle) and A.J. Feeley (thumb) missed practice Tuesday, Dec. 20. However, Bradford was out of his protective boot. Feeley still cannot squeeze a football due to swelling in his thumb. QB Kellen Clemens will start again in Week 16 if Bradford can't play. CB Justin King (shoulder), DL Chris Long (ankle) and WR Brandon Lloyd (illness) also didn't practice. CB Josh Gordy (oblique) was limited.

St. Louis Rams WR Brandon Lloyd had team-highs with five receptions and 82 yards in the Week 14 game against the Seattle Seahawks Monday, Dec. 12. Lloyd has managed 67 or more receiving yards in three of his past four games, but he has now been held out of the end zone in back-to-back games for the first time since joining the Rams in Week 7.
