Texas Rangers 3B Adrian Beltre (hamstring) will be cautious in handling his hamstring injury so that he doesn't aggravate the injury. "I'm just trying not to go crazy running," Beltre said. "I'm going to be limping, for sure. I'm going to protect it. I have to be smart and not try to stretch a single into a double or try to score on a close play or anything like that. For now, I'll go station to station and hopefully get better."

Texas Rangers 3B Adrian Beltre (hamstring) is returning to the lineup for the first time in a week Monday, May 7, by serving as the designated hitter. Beltre was dealing with a strained left hamstring. Two MRI exams have shown no structural damage.
