Yocum and a team doctor each said Lyon's biceps tendon is out of its groove. However, neither doctor could cite one major league pitcher who has had such a procedure. "This is really not an injury where you just keep throwing and it goes away, or you rest and it goes away," Lyon said. "There's no way to get the biceps tendon back in its groove unless you have some kind of procedure done."
