Updating a previous item, Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers WR Isaac Bruce (ankle, elbow), RB Glen Coffee (concussion), DT Demetric Evans (shoulder), S Michael Lewis (quadriceps), RB Michael Robinson (personal), S Mark Roman (knee), DT Justin Smith (back) and OT Adam Snyder (shoulder) are expected to play in the team's Week 11 game.

Singletary said, "I know he's not starting. Whether he's No. 3, No. 4 or No. 5, I don't know right now."
