At a morning hearing, Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Dennis Murphy granted a motion to modify the conditions of Stallworth's house arrest. Stallworth, who pleaded guilty in June to DUI manslaughter, will now be allowed to train outside of his home with a coach five days a week in South Florida, according to court documents.

He said he left the nightclub he was at around 4 a.m. and went to his Miami condominium to take a nap. He then decided to go to breakfast and that is when the accident occurred.

Miami-Dade prosecutors say Stallworth's blood alcohol level was .126, well above the legal limit, when his Bentley hit and killed Mario Reyes, 59, March 14. Stallworth's test results, which have yet to be released, showed traces of marijuana, according to sources with knowledge of the results.
