Stallworth's test results, which have yet to be released, showed traces of marijuana, according to sources with knowledge of the results.

If accepted by Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Dennis Murphy, Stallworth would serve a short jail sentence, followed by lengthy probation and numerous conditions, according to Terry Chavez, spokeswoman for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office.
