David Ovalle, of the Miami Herald, reports after fatally striking a pedestrian in a March driving accident, Cleveland Browns WR Donte' Stallworth also tested positive for marijuana use, according to law enforcement sources. Miami-Dade prosecutors say Stallworth's blood alcohol level was .126, well above the legal limit, when his Bentley hit and killed Mario Reyes, 59, March 14. Stallworth's test results, which have yet to be released, showed traces of marijuana, according to sources with knowledge of the results.

Updating previous items, The Associated Press reports Cleveland Browns WR Donte' Stallworth reached a financial settlement with the family of the pedestrian he struck and killed in a March car crash, a person with knowledge of the deal said. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk about the settlement. The person said the terms of the agreement are confidential but will avoid a potential wrongful death lawsuit from the family of 59-year-old Mario Reyes.

The Associated Press reports Cleveland Browns WR Donte' Stallworth has agreed to plead guilty to a DUI manslaughter charge and would do some jail time for a Miami car crash in which a pedestrian was struck and killed. Stallworth is scheduled to appear Tuesday, June 16, in a Miami courtroom to enter the plea. If accepted by Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Dennis Murphy, Stallworth would serve a short jail sentence, followed by lengthy probation and numerous conditions, according to Terry Chavez, spokeswoman for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office.
