"If you ask me at the end of next week and he's not playing or close to playing, we'll have to have another plan here," said Bochy. Scutaro started taking groundballs last week and did soft toss Friday, March, but he's "still a few days away from live BP." The team would like Scutaro to receive at least 30 to 35 at-bats in camp. INFs Tony Abreu, Nick Noonan, Brandon Hicks and Ehire Adrianza are receiving extra playing time on the infield as a result.
