Brewers | Will use closer by committee
Sat, 25 May 2013 17:45:23 -0700

Milwaukee Brewers manager Ron Roenicke said he does not expect to name one reliever to close while RP Jim Henderson (hamstring) is out and will use several closers depending on the matchup. Roenicke said he likes how the team is using RP John Axford and is not sure if he will use Axford to close games.

FANTASY TIP: It does not really help fantasy owners that the team has not named a replacement closer at this point. Francisco Rodriguez could be the top option for owners looking for possible saves if Roenicke is serious about not wanting to move Axford out of his current role.
