Washington Redskins QB Kirk Cousins will start over QB Robert Griffin III against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 15.
FANTASY TIP: Atlanta is one of the worst teams against the pass in 2013, and Cousins has a great opportunity to shine this week. Robert Griffin III owners can cut bait at this point, except maybe in dynasty leagues. Cousins is a decent option for a one-week play. However, it's hard to suggest starting such an unknown in your fantasy playoffs with a lot of conviction.

Denver Broncos WR Wes Welker (concussion) will not play in Week 15.
FANTASY TIP: Having two concussions within a few weeks is usually a multi-week absence. This week's game being on Thursday, Dec. 12, didn't help matters. There's a chance he could return after an extended period of rest for Week 16. Expect Eric Decker to have a more consistent role, and Jacob Tamme will likely receive more looks in Welker's absence.

The New York Mets are interested in free-agent SS Stephen Drew (Red Sox) but will be keen to watch the market develop. The team is thought to have interest in Drew unless the contract length goes to three years.

St. Louis Rams RB Zac Stacy enters Week 15 with 721 rushing yards and is in pursuit of a 1,000-yard rushing season, which would make him just the third by a rookie in team history, joining Jerome Bettis in 1993 and Eric Dickerson in 1983. Eclipsing the 1,000-yard mark would require him to perform just beyond his per-game average of 79 yards in his nine starts this season.
